- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The campsite is a great place to start a walk to the Federal Falls or to the top of the old volcano Canobolas. The walk to the falls is long and, while there are decent tracks to the waterfall, it is still easy to get lost and phone coverage can be erratic. The falls themselves are a decent size with steps to the bottom, but little in the way of safety rails etc at the top of the falls.
